Mechanical Workshop,North Eastern Railway,Gorakhpur completed his glorious Centenary years on 04-06-2003.It was established in year 1903.Earlier it was the main Loco work shop of this Railway .Steam Engine were maintained here for a long time,But now Coaches and Wagons are repaired and maintained here.
